This pet-friendly retreat offers three king ensuite bedrooms, multiple indoor and outdoor fireplaces, and inviting spaces for groups and families. Enjoy easy proximity to Banner Elk and adventure amenities, while relaxing in a home designed for both togetherness and personal retreat. Please note, select amenities are seasonal or members-only, and construction may occur as the community grows.

Policies and Rules

- This home is pet friendly, allowing up to 2 mature, crate-trained dogs for an additional rent of $25 per night per pet plus taxes. Pets other than dogs are not permitted.
- Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
- Please note all visitors on premise at winery must be 16 years or older. This is strictly enforced.
- Call for special prices on last minute availability as well as for extended stays.
- Guests returning to Vesper Lodge may receive a discount of 5%, not to be combined with other discounts to the rent.
Fees and Payments
- Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each.
- This home is pet friendly, allowing up to 2 mature, crate-trained dogs for an additional rent of $25 per night per pet plus taxes.
- All stays at Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development.
- CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

- The driveway is flat and level with the road.
- The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months.
- Free parking is available onsite.
Utilities and Amenities Access
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided.
- Amenities include: Towels, Bed Linens, Climate Control, Cooking Basics, High-Speed Internet, Clothes Washing Machine, Clothes Dryer, Dishwasher, Toaster, Stove, Oven, Microwave/Convection Oven, Refrigerator, Basic Dishes & Silverware, Ironing Board & Iron, Patio, and Free Parking.
- Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.

Community and Construction Notes
- Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.

- While enjoying your stay at the home, you have access to most amenities inside of Eagles Nest. Amenities available to you include:
- Great Camp: BBQ Pavilion, Amphitheater (location of summer concerts from May to the end of November), The Great Lawn, Playground, Hiking Trails, Ropes Course and Climbing Tower (seasonal), Mini-Golf Course, 24/7 General Store
- North Pavilion: Ball Field, Sportsmans Lodge (unlocked portion only), Sports Court (Basketball and Pickleball), Dog Park, Walking Trail, Sportsman's Grille (Wed-Sun. Hours vary), Fire Pit, Woodland Trail System (ATV Trails, Hiking, Biking)
- Camp (BYO Equipment): Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Disk Golf, Archery (Restrooms and Pavilion coming soon!)
- Vineyard: Food and Wine served
